We DO NOT use independent notaries. If you are an independent
closer, there is no need to forward your information. We have made a commitment
to other signing services who use our services that we will never provide Notary
Locator services on a national level. With our system, we provide statewide
closing services in the states we operate in using our own EMPLOYEES instead of
independent Notaries.
Employment opportunities exist for part-time positions as we expand. Most of our
employees work from their home. These positions are ideal for housewives wanting
to get back into the work force, recent retirees, or people with an existing
home based business wanting additional income. The key to our business is the
fact that our employees need to be available mornings, afternoons and evenings,
as closings could be scheduled at any time. Income potential varies depending on
the population size of the area serviced.
To be considered for employment, applicants must have dependable transportation,
an updated computer with windows XP, hi-speed internet access, and the ability
to have a fax machine answered 24 hours. We provide an HP Laser-Jet printer, a
commercial grade fax machine, all paper and toner, and we cover all expenses
related to becoming a Notary Public for your state. We also provide an intense
training program at our headquarters in St. Louis Missouri.
